Your Course Expectations | Our Expectations & Preparations | Zoom Setup | Zoom Meeting Tips | Eulogy Prep | Peer Evaluation Tips
A significant contribution in improving communication skills has always been solid, helpful, honest peer to peer evaluation. The eulogy project works so much better when we can give each other positive, constructive feedback. Allow me to set out some ground rules and tips to assist each of us so we can be more effective in the evaluation process for each other.
1. Be truthful and kind in all your evaluations. If the story was
embellished, then say so, but be kind.
2. Offer constructive
feedback. It is not helpful to say what is wrong, it must always be
followed with what can be done to improve.
3. Speak encouraging
words to all that is done well.
4. Do not just say, “well done”,
that is not helpful. We need to give feedback both constructive and
inspiring.
Thanks,
Wayne & Rosanne
